Orders are processed only on business days. Please note that our local holidays may differ from those in your country.

Ready to Ship items require 3-5 days for processing. The processing time for Made to Order items may vary, so please refer to the product page for specific details.

 

Our standard shipping could ship via EMS, YunExpress and SF Air Mail. Shipment method is not avlieble to pick at the moment. If expedited is needed please contact dusklingshop@gmail.com for a shipping quote to ship via DHL or Fedex.

Duskling is not responsible for the duty fees of your package.

Duskling is not responsible for missing, stolen, lost, or damaged packages. If your package is missing, stolen, lost or damaged, please contact the local delivery company immediately.

Refund (If applicable)

All items are not refundable,unless it has manufacturing defects. Please contact us immediately if there are manufacturing defects. 

Exchange(If applicable)

Buyers are responsible for shipping fees of the return or exchange. We only accept the exchange of items with the same condition as how it was shipped. We will send a confirmation email once we receive and inspect the exchange item.
